Knowledge Manager £26,910 to £38,255 London - 2 Year Fixed Term Appointment Your challenge will be to drive forward the improvements in knowledge management (KM) we need to enhance business effectiveness at the heart of HM Treasury Group.
A key member of an innovative team, you’ll focus on shaping and delivering strategies aimed at embedding good KM behaviours across our systems. You’ll lead the delivery of a host of KM projects – collaborating with stakeholders across the Treasury to share insight and produce results. We’ll also look to you to promote and monitor compliance with key policies, while representing our views in the wider governmental KM agenda.
As such, you’ll need to come to the role with a broad understanding of KM strategies, best practice and tools – particularly with regard to how they can underpin and improve business effectiveness. The ability to think strategically and promote good KM behaviours at all levels is vital too, as is a track record in inspiring and driving organisational change.
