The roles involve dealing mainly on the telephone with providing solutions to a range of varied fast turnaround enquiries and business research requests.
This includes recording and responding to user needs and trends plus working with colleagues to ensure that all areas of the business are supported.
Occasional travel within the UK is required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Library/Information qualification is preferred but not absolutely essential.
Proven experience of dealing with external clients with customer facing and service orientated approach
Commercial awareness and aptitude for seeking cross selling opportunities
